Cassis Lighthouse
This lighthouse is located at the mouth of Cassis Harbor in France. Situated on a quay, it is an ideal place to relax and watch the fishing and tourist boats sailing by. It is built in white limestone which came from the quarries in the Calanques. Though the lighthouse is currently not open to the public, the Cassis village is a popular place for beach and boat tours to see the deep narrow creeks and an impressive landscape.
